Author Topic: OrthoLabs Website  (Read 1808 times)

Next Step; Redesign the forum so it doesn't look anything remotely similar to this SMF forum. =P

Forums are updated. I would like some more constructive criticism on what I've done before.

The only problem I've found so far is that my main website is not 100% compatible with IE. Works with Chrome and Firefox. Silly IE. =P

you should try a cms(like Joomla) Makes it a lot easier to manage your site

I don't really need a CMS because it's not hard to edit what I have on the website. Thanks for that suggestion though.

I take back my post

Why is ".co.cc" becoming more popular?
Why not just use ".com" or ".org" as your TLD?

.co.cc is free, OrthoLabs.com was taken.

Doesn't that just mean you should fine a more origonally name which won't confliht with whatever ortholabs.com is?

Could use some CSS. but other wise its good.(make a user system(witch most CMS have a Profile features and a user system(Joomla has a system that you can control who can see what)

I honestly never thought OrthoLabs would have been taken because I had believed Ortho to be fairly original. I never expected this..

The main page uses some CSS, not much but some, and I don't need a user system on the main site because there won't be any need to have an account. Accounts will be handled in-game, and you can create an account for yourself on the forums.

lol

But do realize that "ortho" is a regular English word prefix.
Just saying.

So did you code the forum in php yourself?
If not, try that.
Also, bump for you.
