people make mistakes. food that is processed isn't the problem, the problem is the animals not tasting as good as animals that get exercise. also, people make mistakes. just because the person is a good cook doesn't mean they can't forget up.

You cannot imagine how horrible it tasted.  Apparently, this turkey ran alot and was like muscle turkey.  I know I'm going to make people sad with this brown townogy, but it is also the reason they don't let baby cows excersice when making veal, because those muscles are tough and not good for eating.

It took like 3 and a half times longer to cook through this turkey than a regular store bought turkey, and by the time it finally cooked it was so dry it could not be safely eaten.

there is a difference between farm animals and farm animals that are super buff. imagine an animal that was cramped in a cage for it's whole life. now imagine an animal grazing on a pasture. which one seems better suited for consuming?

Depends on the animal.

Beef tastes like stuff when it doesn't get exercise.

Oh god.. I had to watch this and write a paper about.. I cried while watching it. :c

I like the captivity veal wiener schnitzel.  With a little bit of lemon juice it is wonderful.

turkeys taste better when they get a moderate amount of exercise. the turkey you got was either forgeted with a lot and ran out of fear or it was just super energetic. either way i think you forgeted up natural selection and killed off the strongest link.

Peace be with you.

Its a farm, how much natural selection goes on there.... ?

Well think of farms before 1920.

the strongest animals are usually chosen for breeding and used for artificial selection.

Artificial selection is different.  If the turkey was the top of the link there, then the farmer was silly for selling it to us, unless he knew that it was too muscly and tough.  OMG that jerk!

The only hard muscle stuff the turkey will have is the legs.
