I have not played any of the games you have listed but I suggest you get Fable III and Halo Reach deal. Kinect looks fun but you will most likely play it for a few days then get bored with it.

I wouldn't get the Kenect, it's pretty much one of those things that if your friend has it then your all good. Go for the halo reach and fable 3.
