Both of them have some of the greatest games of all time.

Ps1 has Resident Evil: Directors Cut, which is my favorite RE today.

N64 has Goldeneye and Super Mario 64.

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Apparently, it's one of the best games from the N64.
