Okay. In regards to Trejirmia, the Nogovan government doesn't want to provoke a war, so no attacks will be made unless they attack us first.

Ok, we really don't want an all out war either. Will you recognize our small city-state as a new sovereign nation? It would mean a lot to the people of Trejirmia, to have our once suppressors become out allies.
