CALDER NEWS BULLETIN
- even more arrests are being made at the border roads, many to do with alcohol possession, which results in 8 months of prison time. Officials are considering to set up checkpoints at the roads leading in and out of Calder, which will be manned with at least two police officers, with bollards keeping motorists from simply driving past the checkpoints. The vehicles will be searched at these checkpoints, and if alcohol or tobacco are found, the banned items will be confiscated. If the person who was transporting the goods requests so, the officers can store their names and phone numbers in an encrypted data base, and when the driver passes by again, the officers can return the items to them.
- The C.A.S.B are considering cancelling the investigation and writing it down as "unsolved". They have decided to give it one more week, then suspend it indefinably.
