Okay, so I got an idea for the S-20 LANCE.
On the day of the launch i will roll a dice. depending on the side it lands on...
1. The rocket is destroyed upon exiting the atmosphere, creating a dark cloud of smoke hiding the sun for one day.
2. The rocket successfully gets into orbit around the planet.
3. The rocket explodes upon launch, creating massive nuclear fallout along the yellow dotted line.
4. Bad weather, rocket cannot launch, (delay by one day)
5. The rocket successfully gets into orbit around the planet.
6. The rocket goes into space, but apon exiting the atmosphere it burns off the targeting system and re-enters earth pointing at a random country (going to figure this out later, possibly large dice roll or something) [SPECIFICALLY CLIPTON]
