It's very similar to Mars back in our old solar system, and could very well hold some form of life such a multicellular organisms or planets. (no aliens guys).

The Nogovan government has signed a military trespassing allowance treaty with Calder to allow them to help with the war on terror.
In other news, Nogova has brought back the long-forgotten MIG-17s. They've added modern computer technology and completely refurbished it. The planes are currently being deployed into the Nogovan Marine Corps.
