Yukataan has recently developed several nuclear warheads, and they are in a secure facility somewhere in our great country, yes, they were a great deterrent for some time, but last night, hundreds of armed Yukataanian nationalists took over the facility, and they are in full control of said facility. Military action is taking place, but it will take about 36 hours for the army to mobilize and get there. In these few hours, there is no telling what the Nationalists will do with that weaponry. As a civilian rocket (CiVRoket Mk.II) launched to settle on a foreign planet, a stray Rocket or large missile, collided with the side of the fuel tank destroying two of the boosters, sending the rocket out of control. The missile is nowhere the be found, presumably landed in the water. The Control pod of the Rocket is MIA, as well as the pilots.
