Well I just googled it, Vista's Run command is harder to find...

Click the Start button, click All Programs, then click Accessories, then Run. After that type in dxdiag in the box that appears.

Find the display tab and click it, then look for the name of the video chip and manufacturer, then google said video chip and manufacturer for the updates.

You may want to try mine too, it says thats for the 100 to 500 series and you have a 9500.

The one I came up with is for the 9500 GT specifically.
