Perhaps the reason they continue using Ezio is because they already have a lot of content made (models, etc)? I imagine once AC3 comes out they will have entirely new content, which will probably take some time. This also lets them add in more and more features separately from their art.

Those are my thoughts at least.

Also, too many games coming out in November, forget.

Thats what I said lol.

Good thing my birthday is November 19th

I heard that this will be the last game in the "Ezio trilogy". Too bad, Ezio is badass.
EDIT: forget, I look stupid. Just skimmed thread, didn't mean to repeat info.

Don't worry about it, Its not like there is much info yet.

Also that epic screenshot is now my desktop background.

Each one usually has some new element to add to gameplay though.

how about we grab THIS game and smash a new world and a single new feature into it?

BRILLIANT! GENIUS! BESTSELLER OF THE YEAR ALL YEARS!

I found Assassin's Creed 2 really repetitive already. How you can play the same game 3 times in a row and still call it fresh is beyond me.

WE ADDED NEW CHARACTERS AND NOW YOU HAVE MINIONS!!!!!!!! OH AND MULTIPLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah pretty much, I think the story is just worth it though.

I'm looking forward to Desmond's story to be continued. The last ending really left a lot of questions to be answered.

Like why did he kill her?

I read an article about it in GameInformer a credible gaming magazine, and it said it would tie together the fates of Altaïr, Ezio, and Desmond. Also, the previous games in the Assassin's Creed series (soon-to-be saga? We shall see.) Have introduced new mechanics and, of course, tools with which the player gains more and more creative ways to mop the floor with an army of Templars. In Revalations, it will be the hookblade, which will make transportation and fighting much more fluent, fun, and fast.
I think they need to take the series to post-WWII France, when the Allies were hunting down the last of the national socialists (which, of course, could suddenly have close ties with the Templars). And it goes without saying, one may obtain an achievement through jumping off the Eiffel Tower.

EDIT: And yes, there will be multiplayer. With new a few new characters like the Sentinel, Bombadier, Guardian, etc.
EDIT EDIT: I do enjoy Ezio's new Turkish makeover. :o
EDIT EDIT EDIT: He's getting some grey in his beard lol, evidently in Revalations he's going to be over 50 years old. He's gonna be running marathons in his 80s.

Guys, this isn't really about Revelations, but is there a lot of swearing in Brotherhood. And is most of it in italian?

I really want to get the game but my dad wont let me because of swearing

I can't really remember much at all, I'm pretty sure most of it was in Italian/Latin anyway.

Yeah, they curse a lot, but apart from like three times, it's Italian.
