The chances would remain the same the entire time. However, according to the laws of probability, given enough trails, all possible results will eventually show up, regardless of how likely.

I was thinking about doing this before, but I just ABP'd most of the MLP stuff clientsided because I was too lazy to try and find a webhost for something like this.
