Someone explain to me how UV mapping works in Blockland. I have a model which I have UV mapped correctly. When I export the texture isn't there.

How did you set up the texture for your model?

That is a bit too broad question. How should I set it up?

Like, what kind of textures do you use, are you intending that to be transparent like a decal and such. Also, can you see the name of the texture in the material list of the exporter?

Transparent texture. No I'm not. Because it's a texture not a material.

The texture name should appear in the material list of the exporter. Also, for me trans textures only worked if the surface I applied it on was completely flat.

Wait, when you export and try it in-game, the texture isn't there? Or are you exporting the texture or something? It could also be that you don't have it in the add-on's folder.

Yes.

Okay, when I export a model it gives me the .dts.
I would like to ask how do I get the materials and possible textures.

Make your own topic. It just saves the material names in the dts, you gotta create the textures externally.

I knew it....

You're sure that the texture you're using is in the add-on's folder? I can't really think of anything else besides the fact that you're using Blender. XD Try a re-export as well.

Yes I am sure and re-exporting does not help.

So let me get this straight, you texture in blender, export. Then in-game your model is white?

The bloody texture should be visible on the material list of the bloody *exporter*. If it isn't there, it's not exported.
