That's ridiculous, unless you could clearly see a change and his personality changed for the worse and your personalities were no longer compatible, that is when you stop. One mistake isn't worth dropping a friend over.

Well, I don't necessarily hate them, but I will guarantee I won't talk to them. I dont want to go near that stuff. and people who smoke marijuana smell ridiculously bad.

I don't want to go near it either, which is one reason why ALL of my friends are "clean" from everything considered "bad".

But if one of them would happen to have done this, I wouldn't treat them any different unless they treated me differently/tried to pressure me into doing it.

EVERYONE who smokes weed is different. You all are treating them under one classification. "Drugees". No, go bash your head on top of a pointed garden fence. People come from all walks of life. Some people who smoke weed are bad people and criminals. But there is also a large percentage of perfectly normal people, leading perfectly productive lives, and smoking weed as their hobby. That's right. It's basically a hobby.

Also, you're all probably thinking it's bad because it uses the word "drug", and that word is associated with things such as cocaine and heroine. Pshh. They are nothing alike, besides the fact that it gets you "high". Even at that, it doesn't get you the same kind of high.

Also, It is OP's fault. Rule #1: Don't leave trails. Every smart person uses code words to describe things you shouldn't specifically say. For example, "cookies". Most people who smoke weed know this as a common term. No one straight up texts "HUR DUR I NEED WEED BTW I HOPE POLICE DONT SEE THIS LOL DAT WUD SUCK".

I've never been caught, and I've been smoking for a long time. You should at least try to give an attempt to hide things and be safe.
