Dolphin (GC, probably one of those remake versions), PCSX2 (PS2)
Both have worked for me in the past. The only hard part is setting them up.

Why not just buy the consoles again? Emulation with last generation consoles isn't very good.

Well, it's the only good one I know of, and it's the only one that doesn't require rom dumps for games (Unless you already dumped your copies of the two games).
