The reason this and RDR aren't on the PC is because the PC cannot handle this game, literally.

1. it cannot lower the quality
2. refer to 1
3. if your computer is that good, try an emulator

A PC can achieve more than a console, the forget are you smoking?

Yes. A single PC can handle about 900 high detailed rendered faces compressed into a CD disc and added in with loads of other extra stuff like gameplay plus not to mention the amount of memory it takes up and the amount of detail there is. Good luck.

Yes, computers are ever changing. A console will always have the same specifications and cannot be upgraded.
Note: Crysis 2 on PC vs. console (PC looks way better)

You know a console IS a computer, right?

Thats probably the stupidest thing I ever heard...

PC will always have better graphics and quality over consoles, no matter what.

Incase you didn't know, consoles actually have to LOWER the detail to be able to handle it, not only lower the detail but also implement a frame cap to it.

Idk where you guys live, but im sure ANY modern PC you can buy now has more RAM then the PS3,360, and Wii combined (>1.5Gb)

RAM does not equal power
the reason consoles have so few ram is because they don't do multiple tasks at once that would require said ram
