Alright, I need some help with starting a server for me and friends.
I've forwarded the port 31337 with TCP protocol, used external public ip for others to connect, yet i still get nothing.
Even tried Hamachi and only I can connect to it then.
Any tips will be appreciated and tested.

TCP only? I (Think...) you need the other one AND that one, though I did this right when it came out, so I can't remember what it was called.
Note: I have only done this for three games, so I am no expert.

There are some problems with hosting servers at the moment.
Use hamachi if you cannot host without it.

Hamachi does not work as I explained in the original post.
I guess I can just wait until the problems are fixed.
