So, the entire district is going on strike, because they want more money. I honestly think this is bullstuff, as this is the 2nd time that they've gone on strike. Also, it's nearly the end of the year. If they extend classes to longer after June, then my I'm most likely not going.

Damn teachers. They obviously don't care about the students.

I had a strike back when I was in 4th grade.
The substitute teacher didn't listen to anyone.

I got a strike in kindergarten for not raising my hand.

I think I remember you making a topic for the first time your school did it.

We have Monday, Wed. and Thurs. off. Also, track meet was on Wednesday. Now it isn't.

We got a strike when I missed the ball playing softball today.

My teachers couldn't go on strike because they'd all be fired and replaced. And CMS have frozen their budgets

Bump.

The district is now not doing extra-curriculum activities.
So much for the year-end trip. :c

I thought my school was being handicapped, then I found out they have lost $20M. They are just trying to compensate with next year's handicapped schedule and massive layoffs.

It's selfish of the teachers.

The trip is/was on the 8th to the 10th of June.

You could try to make a fundraiser to get your trip, but I'm sure the school will find a way to forget you over and take all the money for themselves

Teachers in my school district are getting laid off next year.
Several of my horrible teachers are quitting.

It's illegal for teachers to go on strike.
