Hm a flying player with no colision? basicly like in Gmod where you go threw anything you want? you could use scrpits from the orb for this but...

Not just flying though, like when you "walk" up into the air, you stay there, you don't just fall back down.

There's  autojet mod, but that can be hard bouncing up and down.

The most important part would be the clipping through walls, as the name says.

Bouncing on autojet is horrible and you still hover and move around. it's basically useless.

It wouldn't HAVE to go through walls or anything I spose, really just a perfect freezing.

Again, wouldn't have to go through walls. I  know that the player freezing in mid air is 100% possible because RTB had that feature.

Maybe instead have a mod that places and invisible object directly beneath you that has only collision to keep you in the air. Then when you moved off of it it would remove itself.

Can't you use auto bridge? You wouldn't be able to walk through stuff but if your an admin anyway that doesn't matter.
