Almost burned down house

I was playing with a stick lighter just messing with the flame my friend knocked it onto a big whataburger cup and set it on fire the top got burned as I was panicing figuring out what to do. I then got  a Sonic cup with old coke and flung it on and found it did nothing so then I got a blanket and knocked the two flaming cups now onto the floor and smothered it preventing it from spreading. Picking burnt tar off of the blanket now. Also have minor burns.
