Story
The year is 1929, during the height of the prohibition. Mafias from all over the country distribute illegal alcohol, provide protection, and compete with each other to hold their territory. They don't play a good game of football, they settle their differences with weapons. The roaring twenties won't end, without a bang.

How this works

Each player will manage a gang. Players can join that person's gang, or start a new one. Each new gang will supply a certain amount of gang members, a maximum of 20 per gang, please, with money. I will explain the weapons later. You all fight in one city, called a "playing field", such as North Brooklyn, South Detroit, Downtown Chicago, etc. YOU CANNOT LEAVE THE PLAYING FIELD UNLESS IT CHANGES TO A NEW CITY. In which case, new gangs are formed, new weapons are bought, and everyone dukes it out. Your gang can also specialize in things, which will give you perks. Perks will be explained below. You get 100 dollars per gang member kills. If a person gets 5 kills, then he will get "skilled" in that class that you are in, and will gain attributes depending on that class. Every kill you get, you get 500 dollars.

Morale
Morale is the mental state of your gang. It can drop as much as 20 points if you see a gang member get gutted by a knife right infront of you. If a gang member gets his brains blown out all over your face, then it can drop quite a bit, See what I am trying to say? If it gets to zero, you lose your mind, and are unable to fight. The lower your morale, the harder it is to fight. So keep it up! You can regain morale by killing enemies, and capturing their things. You start off with 200 Morale each.

Objectives
Kill The Godfather - Find, and kill the godfathers of the enemy Mafia.
Gang War - Kill other gang.
Base Destruction Obliberate all the enemy gang's headquarters.
Thievery Steal things from the other Mafia!

All of these things will boost your Mafia's morale greatly.

Locations
These are places you can assign people to defend, along with your own Mafia HQ. These are optional, but reccomended, Be warned, these are high-value targets!

Hospital
The medical supplies you find here will increase your health of all mafia members by 20 per day.

Bank
Holding one of these suckers will increase your cash by 2,000 dollars a day.

Hotel
Provides sleep for your mafia members, so they will regenerate 10 health per day. Easily defendable.

Dock
You can purchase weapons for your gang here, at the boats. There are 2 docks in every city. YOU MUST CONTROL A DOCK TO BUY WEAPONS WHEN YOU ARE FIGHTING.

Classes

Limit of 5 of each class per gang.

Sergeant (ONE per gang) - Commands your gang into battle. He takes orders from the godfather, too, then barks them at the gang.
No skilled version of this.

Driver - Is the designated transporter for your gang. Not really meant to shoot other gang members, but he is for dropping off and extracting people.
Skilled Driver - Can drive 20% faster, has a gun on top of his vehicle, and vehicles can take 10% less damage. Achieved by successfully dropping off gang members without killing any 5 times.

Thief -  Small, lightweight, scoundrel. Harder to hit, but less health. He is used for the sole purpose of stealing things from other gangs. Can only carry 1 item at once, and cannot steal heavy MGs.
Skilled Thief -Quicker, more agile, Same amount of health. Can carry 2 items at once. Strong enough to carry 1 heavy MG. Achieved by stealing 2,000 dollars worth of things.

Gunner - Can be armed with Heavy Machine Guns, these guys are used mainly for defense and to hold important positions for long periods of time, such as airports, hospitals, banks, etc. as they can just mow and mow down people all day long. To fire the HMG, it needs to be mounted on a bipod. Can also use the Skilled Driver's MG.
Skilled gunner Weapon does 10% more damage, faster reloading, more accurate, can be the plane gunner. Achieved by mowing 5 people down.

Mobster - Mobsters that will do anything to fight for the godfather. Specializes in light weaponry, and they are expendable.
Skilled Mobster - Can take 20% more damage, can run 20% faster. Achieved by killing 5 enemy gang members.

Sniper - Stays away from the battle and picks off people from afar.
Skilled Sniper - 20% more accurate, 20% more range. Achieved by picking off 5 people.

Demolitions - Blows buildings down, vehicles apart, but tries to stay away from the fight.
Skilled Demolitions - Make 5 things go boom. Explosives yield 10% more firepower, grenades are free.

TAKING SUGGESTIONS

Perks/Gang Specialization
Will give you different perks, such as more cash inflow, all gang members start with pistols, etc.  Here are the perks.

Drug Trafficking - With every drug store you raid, you get 10% extra cash to spend in the mafia store. If you kill a member of a gang with this specialization, you get 500 dollars more than you normally would, which would total to 1,000. However, drugs do not fare well with guns, and accuracy shoots down 10%

Arms Dealer - 5 gang members of your choice get Colt Single Action revolvers, and gun prices are lowered 20%. Gun quality goes down a little, so 5% gets taken off damage, ROF, and range.

Alcohol Runner - Every driver in your gang is a skilled driver, and the car is made of 4 inch solid steel, with a max. speed of 50 MPH. Your drivers are powerful, but everyone else is a bit weak. Damage is 10% smaller.

Loan Sharks - Start off with 5,000 dollars more, but weapons are 20% costlier.

Illegal Exporting - Your gang ships drugs, cars, and planes overseas for a very, very low price. For every dock you control, you get 5,000 dollars. You and your gang are not great at driving as much as sailing, and your car speed drops 20%.

You go to spend 400 dollars on one single Tommy Gun, but the arms dealer shakes his head. He points to the "discount" section of the store. The same Tommy Gun is on sale for 320 dollars. The barrel is quite banged up. You have 9,680 dollars left.

Also, I added disadvantages to each perk, too. Any suggestions for more perks?
