Getting $45 tomorrow. Going to use it to buy 18 keys. Going to then uncrate all 8 of my crates. After that, going to sell two keys for 2 refined each and then sell 1 refined for 8 crates. Then I use the remaining 8 keys I have to uncrate the 8 crates I just bought. I'll use the extra 3 refined to craft a hat, and then I rebuild it if it's crap and I get any crap hats from uncrating.

tl;dr Strategizing with 18 keys and 8 crates to result with 16 keys and 16 crates. Then uncrating and doing hat stuff.
