Pyro is a ambush class so I play him as one, I don't use the degreaser because the extra damage is useful.

This is observation based on my skill and the people who can even kill me without having the odds heavily stacked against me or being unlucky. (in other words people who can match up to me without trying to sound like I'm boasting)

letranger is good on maps with low ammo pack count
soda popper has its uses though scattergun is the best overall

I would use the ambassador, but
1. saharan spy is fun as stuff to mess around with
especially when you use the cloak and dagger and are in 2fort
and you find an engie in a corner with a dispenser and sentry blocking his exits
so you jump on his dispenser
then his head
and decloak
spam voice commands
then backstab him
2. I can't aim for stuff

By uses, Soda Popper = FaN because they both have their specific uses except they, as you said, don't beat the stock's.

I've also yet to be on the map where I wished I had a L'Eranger.
