Direct damage reduced by 10%. Afterburn damage is unchanged
Crit buff time lowered from 12 seconds to 10 seconds

Well, now the way it is set up, a Pyro without Mmmph charged should fall to a Pyro with Degreaser or Flamethrower, possibly Backburner depending on how it is set up.

I'm almost inclined to say Backburner needs more skill than the Phlog-with the Backburner, you can still airblast, even though it takes a lot of ammo. Also with the BB, you have to sneak behind enemies or find good ambush locations to operate effectively at all.
