The Headtaker is cooler than the Eyelander but they have the same stats, so it's not worth crafting if you already have an Eyelander (or Golf Club)

you add them to strange weapons. When added, the weapon will count kills, and whatever strange part you put on. Like, heavies killed. Or, headshots, or gibbed kills.

How about a PDA for the Engineer that replaces all of the buildables with ones that build a lot faster, but are weaker, and maybe take more metal to create?
