Heavy: Minigun Sandvich G.R.U.
Pyro: Degreaser Flare Gun Postal-P
Soldier: Stock, Shotgun, Equalizer (what i'm using right now anyway)
Demoman: grenade L, sticky L, bottle

Pyro, I don't use him at all so he's all defaults
Solider, Primary- RL, Secondary- Shotgun, Melee- Equalizer
Demoman, Primary- Ali baba's boots, Secondary- Sticky Launcher, Melee- Pan
