Yes you are. Your supposed to join a server and sit in the crafting menu using all your weapons to make hats to show off to everyone. Duh!

Any Uber Update item is good for any other Uber Update item, they essentially all have the same value, but I would like you to keep in mind that the reserve shooter isn't better than the regular shotgun.
