Default Minigame: Major Lagging

I'm having problems with my default minigames. Everytime i set one it just completely nukes the server with lag (not enough to force players out though) and i end up having to end the minigame because of it. And once i end the minigame, the server turns back to normal speed with NO lag what so ever. Does anybody know a way to fix this or is it a problem with addons.

Chances are you have a bad addon somewheres.

Start by disabling everything except your default addons.  Start a map and setup a regular minigame - make sure everything works.  If not, then you did something wrong.

Then turn on ONLY the default minigame.  and ONLY that addon, leave out any special weapons or bricks or events you may have used before.
Test using an empty map, or one with a very minimal build.

if it still lags, then theres some problem with your PC, or you have some addon still running.

If it doesnt lag, then enable ONLY the addons you want for your minigame
