Looks good so far, thought about submitting a pull request?
I can't really see though what that build.bat is good for or why you removed everything under RTB.

EDIT: I applied the patches myself, although I had to revert the RTB_registerPref docs for now and fix up the ToC a bit. I do like the examples though.

Because I was going to rewrite it myself.
EDIT: build.bat is because I'm too lazy to open the command line.

Okay.
You shouldn't have staged that yet then though.

You shouldn't have staged that either then.

I don't know how to un-stage things once they are automatically staged :(

Wait, you automatically stage stuff?
I just stage explicitly the stuff I want to commit, usually using the GUI "Git Extensions" because I'm too lazy too type in all the lines myself and because of how nice a good diff GUI is.

On windows it always automatically stages when I open the GUI.

Oh, you're using the stock GUI?
I really recommend you to try out Git Extensions instead.

It's already been merged back into the "upstream". RTD updates automatically on push as well, so it shouldn't be out-of-date as long as the pull request has been merged. In other words, I can't really see the point of posting that link right now.

I was posting it there in-case anyone wanted to see what I had put, rather than only noticing it later when they clicked the link.

Why not just post a link to the "canon" documentation host instead then?

Do you know how to get pngmath working?

Sorry, but no. I think it's enabled though.
