Hiding in plain sight, not moving, acting "sneaky" doesn't look very active to me. A lot of us make mistakes in AFK kicking.

Waiting in plain sight is a very good tactic? Unless he had some sort of cloak, or camouflage, but he didn't have any. In fact, I got tons of kills from people waiting in plain sight and I'm surprised he didn't get shot at. Also he was the last person left and usually, when the game doesn't drag long, AFKs are the last people left
