This is completely untrue. If it's against the law, it's illegal. Arresting someone is simply detaining them to prevent them from fleeing; you can be arrested for murder even if you did not commit murder.

I'm aware, but he's arguing that even when it goes into effect next month it will still be illegal. So, I'm arguing as if it's next month to show him why he is wrong, rather than constantly mention that it will happen next month.

ive really been sinking into a tobacco addiction lately.

I'm trying to keep it to a pack a week. But I just bought a pack tonight and I've already smoked like five.

when I'm high I just keep smoking them because it makes the high so much more intense.


it takes being high to more of a trippy level rather than just a happy or energetic high.

I don't see the appeal of posting while drunk. I've done it and I still post with acceptable levels of grammar even if I have to hit try to hit each letter properly.

@Littledude, it sounds like you've got some life problems. You've seen me post a lot in this topic so you know I'm all for recreational drug use, but I'm not for escapism. You didn't really ask so I'm not going to lecture you, but I really recommend you reevaluate your life while you take a break from any drug use, if for nothing else to ward off tobacco addiction.
