I played for like 3 hours, then got bored because no zombie was ever a threat to me.  I had a fire axe, shotgun, shotgun shells extending into the hundreds, and a molotov roostertail.

Once you have no sleep you start to see visions of zombies and if you dont sleep for a day or so you will keep seeing them even if you look at them.
This gets really annoying at some times.
