Author Topic: PS2, PS3, or 360?  (Read 899 times)

Every night at 10pm i go upstairs to do stuff, play console games, watch tv, eat snacks, etc.

i have this ps2 that i ordinarily play, but all the games are so god damn boring.

and with the xbox 360 being 120 now, i might ditch my high standards and just get an xbox so i can enjoy some good games.

or maybe im rushing myself and should just get some better ps2 games

so yeah help me out here

either suggest good ps2 games
or
recommend either console
or make an attempt to suggest me some good cheap wii games

Cross the ps2 off the list right now. Get a ps3.

no im on a budget

It's 2011 you are way far behind. This is also the best year for ps3 as we get a stuffload of exclusives this year.

I'd recommend a XBox since you'd probably spend more time playing cheap arcade games then expensive retail games.

I don't think his budget includes xbox live.

By the way isn't xbox2, wii2 and the ps4 very close to coming soon?

only the wii2
also i wanted to save for a ps3, but with the lack of entertainment im getting from the ps2, i might just go and buy an xbox and play a few games

Microsoft and Sony are waiting till 2013-2014, while Nintendo is releasing (late?) 2012.

Get a 360 and then buy MW2, Halo: Reach, and Crysis 2. Good starter games you'll have fun with. :cookieMonster:

I only own a 360, but I've seen the difference between that and the PS3. I would suggest getting the PS3. It just has a cleaner, slick feel to it.

Agreed, but I like 360's games better.

PS3 if you can find games that you won't really mind playing offline, or waiting for long loading times. But I would suggest and Xbox. It may not look as good as a PS3 graphics wise, but I have had no problems with it so far.

PS3 if you're looking for a large variety of big title games and cheap downloadable games.
