Well you can invite people to be your neighbor and other stuff on Facebook.

But in terms of "love", you can date your friends Sims characters and have "love" with them, they demoed a couple getting into the shower naked together, but all the showed was hearts surrounding the shower.

Even though I don't like Ghost Recon, I liked how you can modify pretty much anything on your gun in Future Soldier.
