I like the Vita, I dont like the Wii U. I think part of my dislike is that it still uses the Wii name, and I hate the Wii :x

You can't just exclude games though, if you did that then it would be.

Sony:  Tv Vita and there was something about the being able to play games on your android phone.

Also that TV is amazing, Its not overpriced, first off its a 3D tv and those are always expensive, but it also does other stuff, its a TV made for gaming.
