So another build I'm making is a more realistic style city RP.  It will consist of a highway, many pre-made shops and such.  Some cop spawns would be on the highway and such.  But to go with my realistic city, I will need a slightly realistic car.  The modeling of the car doesn't have to be so realistic that it looks out of place in Blockland, but I wish that someone could make a car with left an right signals in the front and rear.  I also wish that it could go at variating speeds.  The blinkers don't seem to far-fetched, seeing how Barnabas and trigun made a cop car with blinking lights, but the variating speeds might be harder.  This could possibly be achieved by using the + or - keys in the car to add/subtract speed respectively.  I would very much like to see this made.

Windshield wipers would be cool too but not needed in my RP so far, I may add rain and a slippery street event later.

And I would also like someone to make farming stuff for city RP.  Like special plots of bricks where you can grow crops and special bricks that grow special crops and special tools to cut and gather the special crops that grew from the special birch which were planted in the special plots.  I had said this in an old thread of mine.

And a tool for cops to use that when they hit someone with it, the cop types in their crime which had a preset fine, and if they can't pay thy fine immediately then they get sent to jail.  It would be like a step up from the current arresting hammer.

O ya, head lights.  I guess using the emittant from the flashlight could work for this.  I guess the turnsignals could work with the steering in that when you press th turn key, the turn signal also starts. And when you stop, it stops. Idk whatever

I think that would be impossible. Currently, if you want to add lights or emitters you have to mount it to the vehicle. If the mount points don't exist, you can't mount the lights to where you really want it.

So would adding a blinking light mount point make it possible?  Then have the activation of the lights go with the turning?

The way the police car lights were made was the following: I added mount points on the model, where an "empty player" was mounted, and the corona emitter was mounted on the "empty player".

I'm sorry, bur I have yet to get too far into modeling and scripting to understand everything you just posted.  What is an empty player?

And I assume that one could move the lights from the top of the cop car to the front and make headlights.  Idk
