Any fun RPGs out there?

I'm lookin for an RPG or adventure type game. Something that is serious but not EXTREMELY.

On or offline. Online preferred. Co-op or whatever.
Something with dungeons and bosses and stuff. Preferably hack and slash - over click and wait an hour/spam spells. (But it could work if it's a fun game)

Free preferably, if not, it could work.

Post suggestions.

EDIT: Even something newer or whatever. I just need opinions and suggestions. And opinions on suggestions.
