Dell support can control my pc, and the software seizes control of your cursor and gives it to the support person...after a phone call, though. This is weird, you should have watched him to see what the forget he was doing.

He was from Mircosoft Support Office.
I have caller ID you know.
And yes,say i'm stupid,but I got the Virus Security intill 2014.
