My internet can reach 2.55 MB/s and it's slower than 60% of the UK, but one of the fastest in wales, the 60% are from england, scotland, and northern ireland.

But the comparison, it's not nice to be using an internet connection that's slower than 60% of the UK :C
I have a top speed of 2.55 MB/s, but it never really reaches that, when downloading, say, a game from valve, the max is 900kb/s.
