Civilian Space Shuttle 4939 of the navy fleet. After stopping by the nearest transportation depot, the pilot made a grave mistake for the fuel capacity, and took off with a dangerously low amount of fuel.
After realizing his mistake, he pulls towards the nearest planet to hover the surface and make a call.
Unfortunately, the engines fail when the shuttle neared surface, and the radio beacon did not work.
Every electrical appliance stopped working completely, and the ship crashed.
