Author Topic: Floating bricks  (Read 4017 times)

If you can make floating bricks in a trench tdm can someone make floating bricks without trench tdm. Even though blockland is about physics it will make it easier to make roofs.

It's always been possible throughout the history. However, it involves broken brick trees and instability. If you're building a roof, start it from the walls, maybe?

retail blockland didn't have physics until v11  :cookieMonster:

but we as users can't very well override the floating brick plant error so

probably not happening

and anyways, trench has floating bricks because the bricks under it are removed and it doesn't automatically shove them down because that ruins the purpose.

You could just wrench the supporting bricks and turn off ray casting, collision, and rendering.

There's also a console command to delete the bricks underneath, but I don't know it offhand.

id.delete();

id.delete();

Oh yeah, that's it, and you look at the brick and type /getid to find the brick's ID.

options:
first. use the delete tool of the swiss army gun

b. hide bricks with rendering and stuff

3.
id.delete();

Support it with dirt, then dig it away.
