If I remember correctly, MP runs much faster.  So at least you can enjoy that part of the game.

This is not your run of the mill First Person Shooter. It is extremely realistic and the controls are complex. Don't expect this to be anything like Call of Duty. This is HARDCORE.

i can run arma 2 max settings(5th time i said this?) the only problem was the way the multiplayer lag was handled.

ArmA is not even comparable to MW3. ArmA is an has always been a simulation. MW3 is a stuffty arcade shooter with a completely outdated engine.
