Sores in my mouth.

Ok, today I woke up with the feeling of intense mouth pain. I opened my mouth and looked in the mirror. I saw 4 sores, 2 were in the front and the other 2 were in the back. I then made some soup and it hurts to eat. I tried numbing it but it was numb for about a minute. Im drinking hot liquids but its not helping it hurts.

What do I do about this pain?

I literally cant eat anything because of the pain. I can't help it, I do it in my sleep.
