If you Really wan't to quit then ask your mom if you can go to drug rehab. I do not know one single parent who's kid was smoking that would say no.

Well the sooner you can stop the better. It sounds like you're not the most extreme heavy smoker, but as long as you're continuously smoking you have a risk at getting more addicted.

Caffeine is a drug, and thats legal. Just saying, so smoking would still be doing drugs. Your body/mind are disspointed in you, as well as your parents.
