Then "the next day" if it get accepted I'll be on whitelist.

well the game only remembers 1 ip for you.
what if i hop to visit multiple servers? i HAVE to create an ip txt document myself just because server owners want to have a fancy banner?

I would just personally make a text document, but I guess if you don't want to then it should be in text.
