Gotta call your ISP to set up a static IP.

I've never had a static ip, Make sure that the port is set to 28000 in server config, Mine kept changing to some number i forgot for some reason, Also disable UPnP setting.

For some people, upnp didn't work because of previous failed attempts at portforwarding, and they fixed it by just undoing whatever they did to try to forward their ports the first time.

Says upnp initiated when I started my dedi. Maybe it'll work this time :\
