They have a tool to make your IP static.

Also, you can change your router to your IP everytime it changes, I used to do this with my Dynamic server IP.

My IT bro is asking what is your ISP and where are you getting your Static ip form?

My static IP is comming from my internet connection settings under tcp/ip
or whatever its called,
and my internet provider is Telstra, but i did it with Comcast too.
