OP is dead right. Unfortunately, a lot of people here like drama and snide remarks and generally are easily angered/perturbed. If you really want to fix your troll problem, you need to stop worrying about fixing the community's troll problem, and find a new community. Because from what I've seen, this community is not likely to change very much in the near future. That said, it has changed a bit since I first came here... for the better too: there are more friendly people.
