So you want NES style sprites, huh?

Not that simple. You have simplistic-style limitations you must abide if you want to make it look genuine.

1. You can only use these colors.


2. Unless it's a background sprite, it can only use 5 colors (counting transparency which is 0E and 0F).

3. Background sprites can only use ten colors (transparency cannot be used in backgrounds).

4. Non-background sprites cannot be bigger than 32x32.

With all that said and done, you come out with a sprite.
