If you get a new mouse, and have a decent budget, I recommend the R.A.T. 7. I just bought one a few weeks ago and I love it. It's really sturdy and the customization is great.

Mice don't cost much, I'd get a new one.

get a cat. hohohoho.

take it apart and put it back together, it's a physical issue. something is probably stuck or loose.

Get a new one. I'm serious. Same thing happened to me and replacing it was the only thing that helped, and mine was only a year or two old. How much did the mouse cost?
Came with my computer.

I'm fairly certain I have 500 mice sitting around in my house, let me try getting another one

then why didn't you just take one of those 500 mice to start with.

Probably because most of them are defective in some way.

And the ones that aren't I have no idea where to find.

Alright there are no good wired or wireless mice in my house apparently.

Going to buy a new one.

That was plural, how many mice do you own?
Personally I only own one because its easier to take care of one.

On Topic: You will have to buy a new one from no other solutions working.

He was saying that mice in general don't cost much.

What's a good corded laser mouse for $20 or under?

Preferably shipping within 24 hours, this is annoying.

I don't have a local Best Buy anymore since where I moved is dead and the nearest interesting thing is at least an hour's drive.

I have Wal-Mart though.
